Work Permit
If you are a EU/EEA/Swiss national, you do not need a work permit to work legally in The Netherlands, with the exception for Bulgarians and Romanians who do need a work permit for valid for one year and the “proof of lawful residence” permit .
Applicants who do not have the EU/EEA/Swiss nationality will need a valid Dutch work permit (tewerkstellingsvergunning or TWV). Persons with high skills that are in demand can apply for a “knowledge migrant visa” or if you come together with your partner who has been offered a position in The Netherlands you might be entitled to a partner visa. You can read more about policies and procedures on the website of the Immigration Department (www.ind.nl)
Abroad Experience cannot assist you in applying for a work permit and we can only consider your application when you do have a valid work permit or if you are in the process of getting one very shortly.
