This company develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of products for consumer and industrial markets, including peel-and-stick postage stamps, battery labels, reflective highway safety products, automated retail tag and labelling systems, and specialty tapes and chemicals.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities           

 

- Being the central service centre for the assigned customer base

- Driving the offset and screen business from inside.

- Operating in tandem with the field representatives in the region.

- Meeting the sales, productivity and personal targets set by the team leader.

- Assisting front office and or back office staff when requested.

 

 

 

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

- Prepare, keep record of and follow up quotations within 24 hours.

- Handle and monitor 'technical requests' that need attention of other functional departments in the organization through the ticketing system and ensure that answers will be provided the same day.

- Handle, monitor and follow up requests from customers concerning invoices, credit Notes and other related issues.

- Monitor the complaint handling process and ensure that the complaints are handled within the guidelines of our complaint policy.

- Ensure that customer price lists are up to date and available in hard or electronic copy to the customer the field representation as well in the systems (Tolas, Graphcom).

- Handle, keep record, submit and confirm in writing, special price requests to customers within the guidelines set by sales/marketing.

- Inform customers timely on product changes, price changes, service policy changes etc. when initiated by the company.

- Monitor and inform timely customers about changes in scheduled delivery dates

- Have daily contact with your tandem field representative and give him/her a complete update on the daily events.

- Report omissions, issues or other aspects that can be seen as 'blockers' for effective and efficient execution of your core tasks and responsibilities to your team leader.

- Prepare, keep record of and have sample requests executed by the back office staff.

- Implement and execute sales actions and sales campaigns to proactively increase sales.

Requirements

 

 

 

- Fluent German and French language skills. Good knowledge of the English language. Dutch language is preferably.

- Commercial education is a pré.

- Possession of very good social, commercial and communicative skills.

- Interdependent team worker.

- Experience in maintaining and expanding customer relations.

- Familiar with trading culture.

- Knowledge of Lotus Notes and MS Office is preferred

- Flexible and positive working attitude.
