Sales Development Representative – Utrecht – German

As a Sales Development Representative you are the voice of our client and you will play an essential part in acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for generating valuable leads that will convert to long-term, excited customers.

Main Tasks

  • Completing customer research;
  • Reaching out to potential high value customers via phone, email or video call;
  • Converting high quality leads generated through our marketing programs;
  • Communicating our value proposition to business owners or senior executives;
  • Becoming a sales development expert; you will build lead generation campaigns, work alongside our Marketing team and be at the forefront of industry developments;
  • Completing an onboarding process designed to help you progress to Account Executive and beyond.


  • 6+ months of customer facing sales experience;
  • Strong communication skills in both German (native level) and English;
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce or Pipedrive);

HR Administrator & Office Management – Dutch – Utrecht area


Office Management:

Main Tasks:

  • Secretarial support for the European management; deal with incoming and outgoing mail, process documents.
  • First point of contact for visitors.
  • Responsible for various daily office related matters, such as email, phone, mail, office supplies, planning, events etc.
  • Support financial and HR departments.
  • First point of contact for a wide variety of suppliers.
  • First point of contact for colleagues
  • Organizing and administrating events within the office and related to external locations.


  • General administrative HR duties, keeping employee records up to date.
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding activities and entering employee details into certain portals, such as salary administration and pension.
  • Administer employee holiday and absenteeism
  • Support employees on policy or employment contract related questions.
  • Perform HR duties in a confidential and ethical manner.
  • Management of car fleet and contact with lease companies.
  • BHV person within the company.



  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities / HR / secretarial.
  • 1-5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required, including speaking, writing, understanding, and reading. German language preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills- both written and verbal communication
  • Solution oriented with attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Willingness to perform other duties as needed.

Stock Controller – Utrecht

You will manage inventory of component, packaging and finished goods materials and execute operations and tasks related to the warehouse and distribution process in support of the manufacturing and distribution of the company’s medical device.

Main Tasks

  • Ensuring accurate records of stock are maintained
  • Receiving and inspecting deliveries and reconciling to delivery documentation, physically and in the ERP system
  • Ensuring stock meets specifications and standards as defined by the quality system and work instructions
  • Processing stock movements between stock locations or manufacturing either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, forklift, scales, pallet wrap machine
  • Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch to customers or suppliers
  • Organize transportation as required
  • Organize waste disposal
  • Carrying out of stock counts as and when required
  • Taking measurements of temperature and humidity in the controlled environment
  • Ensuring processes are undertaken in accordance with the approved procedures and work instructions
  • Apply for amendments to Quality Controlled Documents as required
  • Contributing to a safe work environment for you and your co-workers


  • Proven experience in stock control, inventory management or similar in a warehouse environment or distribution center
  • Strong admin and IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory/warehouse management systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items
  • Have an understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Previous experience working with forklift and lifting and manoeuvring products
  • Flexible attitude to duties and tasks in a dynamic environment
  • A driving license valid in the Netherlands (“Rijbewijs B”)
  • An excellent work ethic

It’s a bonus if you also have:
