Customer Relationship Manager – Amsterdam

Our vibrant international client is a start-up company that provides exclusive software for the tourism industry. They are looking for ambitious, self-driven and proactive individuals to join their already motivated team as a Customer Relationship Specialist with good Account Management skills. You will work extensively with international tourist organizations advising them on measures to optimize their reservations and bookings

Main tasks

  • Achieving customer satisfaction by providing high quality customer support
  • Advising customers on how to get the most out of the product
  • Analyzing data and formulating strategies in order to increase conversion rates in order to increase customer retention
  • Outlining and implementing strategies in order to improve business operations

Requirements

  • Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in account management or customer success management
  • Experience with SaaS would be ideal
  • An understanding of CRO, Google Analytics, SEO or Performance Marketing is required
  • Fluency in English and preferably another European language
  • You are goal oriented and driven by numbers
  • You do not shy away from big responsibilities
  • You are customer focused and good at solving issues
  • Education at HBO or Bachelor level
