For an international Customer Service Center in Athens (Greece), we are searching for Customer care Representatives who will interact with existing customers via inbound call, email & chats in order to provide:

- To interact effectively with existing customers, via Calls, Emails or Chat your native language and English.
- To handle customers complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- To solve efficiently all the technical issues.
- To record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- To follow company’s policies and guidelines.
- English B2 / fluent level
- Fluent in one of the following languages only: Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Slovak, of Swedish.
- 14 salaries (½ Eastern Bonus ½ vacation Bonus 1 complete Salary on Christmas)
- Overtime are paid extra
- +25% working on night shifts & +75% working on Sundays or Greek Bank Holidays
