Customer Support Rep. – Various Languages – Athens, Greece

For an international Customer Service Center in Athens (Greece), we are searching for Customer care Representatives who will interact with existing customers via inbound call, email & chats in order to provide:

  • Customer Care
  • Technical Support
  • Inside Sales
  • Content Moderators
  • Online Gaming Support

Our client cooperates with the most famous brands in Social Media, Gaming, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Financial, Telecommunications industries etc

Main Tasks 

  • To interact effectively with existing customers, via Calls, Emails or Chat your native language and English.
  • To handle customers complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
  • To solve efficiently all the technical issues.
  • To record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
  • To follow company’s policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • English B2 / fluent level
  • Fluent in one of the following languages only: Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Slovak, of Swedish. 

Salary:

  • 14 salaries (½ Eastern Bonus ½ vacation Bonus 1 complete Salary on Christmas)
  • Overtime are paid extra
  • +25% working on night shifts & +75% working on Sundays or Greek Bank Holidays
  • A generous bonus for referring new colleagues
