HR Administrator – Dutch – Amersfoort

Our international client, who are leaders in the world of technology, are looking for a new addition to their dynamic European Human Resources team based in Amersfoort. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for all European Human Resources Administration processes. As Human Resources Administrator, you will be the go-to person for all Human Resource administrative processes, procedures and requirements of the company. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should possess strong multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the salary administration and communicate in detail with payroll specialists;
  • Absence administration (sick leave and holiday registration);
  • Arrange all administrative matters concerning vacations, expiring contracts, outstanding vacation days, commencement of employment (on boarding of new colleagues) and leaving staff members;
  • Organising of company social events and outings;
  • Assist Human Resources team with other HR duties as required:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate contract preparations and administration for all employees;
  • Communicate extensively with Management and employees in Europe.
  • Provide employee and employer statements as and when required

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management is highly preferred;
  • (Preferably) experience or familiar with Dutch labour law;
  • Two to three years of related experience preferably within an international environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • Ability to operate self-directedly and proactive on given tasks;
  • You must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail-oriented;
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
  • Excellent computer skills ;
  • Professional and friendly attitude to solve problems and work within a team ;
  • You are also capable of working successfully independently;
  • Your characteristics involve a responsible attitude, flexibility, reliability, positive attitude and professional at all levels ;
  • Open to working a 40 hour work week, Monday to Friday ;
  • Available to start a new job immediately is highly preferred
