Inside Account Manager – French – Utrecht Area

For an international client in the Utrecht area, we are looking for an Inside Account Manager with a native level of French. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with (potential) customers (resellers and end-users).

Main Tasks

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner;
  • Following “scripts” when handling different topics;
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions;
  • Seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell products when they arise;
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile;
  • Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible way;
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets;
  • Meet the assigned sales revenue targets;
  • Maximise the revenue from proactive call outs;
  • Delivery compelling and engaging messages to our customers;
  • Being competent in the use of Salesview and OneView;
  • Deliver accurate quotes to partners in a timely manor;
  • Ensure that all quotes are followed up and a resolution recorded.

At a later stage you will be responsible for building extensive relationships with 20-25 partners and you will be the first point of contact and exclusively working with ‘your’ partners and by frequent and pro-active calling you are constantly focused on increasing revenue numbers.

Requirement

We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. The Inside Account Manager will generate a minimum of 5 leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. We preferable look for Inside Account managers with a few years of relevant experience and a track record.

In this role it’s important that you’re a very proactive person that likes to be calling for the majority of the day. There’s no doubt you have very strong written and verbal communication and sales skills and Microsoft applications like Word, Outlook, Excel have no secrets for you.  It’s essential that you have a positive personality, can maintain an upbeat environment and above all you’re a real Call Tiger with a passion for bringing new business into the company!
