Inside Sales Representative Benelux- Venray area

For one of our clients in the Venray area, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative, joining their recently setup Inside Sales team.

Main Tasks

You are the initial point of contact for the external (existing) customer base. Charismatic? It is your job to keep new customers happy! Through telephone-based sales calls you book first meetings for the Field Sales Team. Also, you are in contact with warehousing and logistic partners. You report directly to the Team Lead Inside Sales.

Like to use your Dutch speaking skills in the following activities?

  • Taking calls from a diverse group of new customers; recognizing and making use of commercial opportunities
  • Answering e-mails from new customers; providing them the best solutions possible
  • Cold calling; Actively create new business opportunities; and ultimately build a stable pipeline
  • Creating and delivering accurate quotes in a timely manner; and follow up
  • Clearly maintaining and updating the CRM system


  • Next to proficient English you speak excellent Dutch.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an Inside Sales role or a commercial role.
  • MBO / HBO-degree / level of experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM / ERP platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • You are open, extrovert, flexible, proactive and creative.
  • You are target oriented and very commercial
  • You like to work solution oriented and have an understanding of logistical processes.
