Our client is an international company within the security camera industry. The have several web shops in various European countries. The support team in Utrecht consist of 15 international employees.
- You are the primary point of contact (phone, email and in future webchat) for the German-speaking market, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Advising clients, answering product questions and process orders
- Responsible for supporting existing clients with questions about a setting or a broken product
- You are proactive and have a commercially driven personality who thinks in opportunities and has a drive for results.
- An excellent command of the German language (both oral and written)
- A basic command of the English OR Dutch language (to communicate with your colleagues)
- Excellent communication skills
