For one of our international clients based in Amersfoort, we are looking for a part time Jr. IT Help Desk Support candidate.
We are looking for candidates who are open to working on a part time basis – 20 to 24 hours a week. You will form a crucial part of our client’s outstanding IT team and you will report directly to the Supervisor.
- The main function of this position is to assist the users onsite and remotely regarding IT support.
- Install, configure and maintain standard PC software
- Install and deploy new hardware (desktops and notebooks)
- Assist the technical staff in installing and deploying new server hardware
- Help desk – responding and solving issues for users
- Solving printer issues
- Shipment of goods – including commercial invoices and Checking incoming goods
- Ticket assignments
- Basic Installs – new users
- Placing computers
- Managing IT Stock Inventory
- Configuring iPads / iPhones
- Responding to known issues and resolving together with users
- Software updates
- Licenses of mobile phones and software
- Password resets
- New Users on boarding
- Some IT help desk experience or experience through IT internships, proven interest in IT.
- MBO ICT diploma or equivalent
- Proven knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android
- Communicative and professional
