They are looking for ambitious, self-driven and proactive individuals to join their team as an Account Executive. You will work extensively with international tourist organizations advising them on measures to optimize their reservations and bookings. In this role, you are focused on generating new leads within hotels and tourist organizations worldwide.
- Supporting customers through account management for driving their account and achieving customer satisfaction
- Using the technology system to drive the success of your customers.
- Analyzing data and drawing conclusions for a continually improvement of the conversion rate
- Draft strategies and implement them accordingly.
- You and your team always try to improve and strive for more.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or customer success management, preferably SaaS
- (near) native German
- Minimum 1-year significant experience in CRO, Google Analytics, SEO, Performance Marketing
- Experience working within the SaaS industry
- Overachieving performance goals in number driven environment
- Brave when it comes to big responsibilities
