Marketing Communication Specialist – area of Roosendaal

Our client would like to strengthen their team with an all-round and innovative Marketing Communication Specialist.

 

Main Tasks

  • You develop and lead the marketing and communication agenda for the
    key countries in Western Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands and
    Germany)
  • Leading the agenda means that you work according but also ahead of the
    marketing communication plan with a three months rolling focus
  • The plan contains practical ideas to communicate the right messages to
    the B2C and B2B channels. In B2B you differentiate between dealer
    network and gastronomic channels
  • You define and build the company’s premium brand consistently
  • You are aware that the brand is in different stages of its lifecycle per
    country. You adapt your communication strategy to the specific country
    needs and work together with the local sales teams to gather information
  • You know how to communicate throughout the customer journey. The
    plan does certainly not stop at creating awareness
  • You have a natural drive for generating new ideas, develop the concept,
    write content and together with our in house Studio, create matching
    visuals and videos
  • You have experience with the latest communication techniques to get
    the optimum result via PR, print and on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
    and YouTube
  • You have experience with data collection and data analysis to constantly
    optimise our communication strategy
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and get enthusiastic in finding
    clever ways to communicate at low cost
  • You have experience in leading small teams

 

Requirements

  • Broad, all-round marketing and communication experience (5 -10 years)
  • Digital savy and having managed full digital presence and assets
  • Experience with being responsible for the full marketing cycle
  • Consumer products and A brand product experience
  • International outlook and experience
  • Food lover and values beautiful products
  • Geared and driven by output and marketing productions and activities.
  • Get things done mentality
  • Experience either with working at a brand or at agency side, preferably in international context
