We like to strengthen our team with a German speaking customer service/sales support representative.
Commercial Support and logistics:
- Daily update on the management support (CDC, forecast.)
- Sales administration (from the quotation to billing)
- Order tracking of the transport and logistics orders in France
- Follow-up of the stock availability in France
- Preparation and follow-up of the purchases in the Netherlands.
- Development of the customer portfolio (resellers network)
- Monthly and quarterly commercial follow-up in line with the goals
- Call management and demand tracking
The tasks are adaptable depending on the profile of the candidate
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in business or marketing,
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or customer service with a good understanding of the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Positive, dynamic, versatile and motivated personality
- Native level of German and a fluent level of English
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Interest in design and cooking
- Knowledge of logistics
