Technical Support – German and Dutch – Rotterdam Area

In this technical support role your customers will be for example financial institutions, retail trade companies, hotels and catering establishments and companies that offer amusement services, amongst others. You are responsible for providing excellent quality support and after sales service to an international base of customers in a timely manner. For this position some technical affinity is required.

Main Tasks:

  • Handling inbound service calls, chat and outbound calls
  • Efficient supporting and troubleshooting
  • Pro-actively communicating of solutions of service calls for clients
  • Registering of calls
  • Processing and handling of assigned tasks within tools (RMAs, Zendesk, Outlook)
  • Giving support to colleagues of support & sales team
  • Collecting and selecting product and market information by means of input for Marketing and Product Development
  • Pro-actively assisting in development and professionalization of organization


  • Service and solution oriented
  • Technical/IT understanding / affinity
  • Experience in a hands-on/operational role in a customer support setting is required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical
  • Native level German and fluent Dutch skills (or the other way around)
  • Fluency in English.
