As a Technical Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for the DACH region, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are responsible for providing quality customer support to clients in this region.
- Providing support by phone and email about camera settings.
- Investigating more difficult issues with camera’s and finding solutions for your customers.
- Pro-active attitude in order to improve internal processes and procedures.
- Completed MBO or HBO education;
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of similar work experience (i.e. in a customer service role)
- You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills
- Positive personality.
